How to use this knife sharpener?
Choosing different slot according to the sharpness of your knife:
1. If your knife is a little blunt (difficult to cut pork belly), using fine slot to sharpen knife 6-7 times.
2. If your knife is blunt (difficult to cut lean pork), using medium slot to sharpen knife 6-7 times first and then fine slot for 6-7 times.
3. If your knife is very blunt (difficult to cut vegetables), you must sharpen your knife 10-12 times with coarse slot first, then using medium slot and ceramic fine slot to sharpen your knife.
