Refund/Exchange Policy:

We strive for great customer service and high quality products, so we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee Refund/Exchange within 15-days from the date you RECEIVE your product(s). If your product(s) isn't right please let us know immediately, and we will either make it right with a replacement, or issue a refund onto the payment method you paid with. However, we will require a photo of the product, along with the reason why you are not satisfied.

All USA made or imported products shipped from USA to USA are available for exchange, unless they are custom made. If your item is custom made there must be a flaw in the product before an exchange is available. Our customers will NEVER be required to return/exchange anything at their own expense; a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

We DO NOT return/exchange anything internationally, so if there is something wrong with your internationally sent product, a refund will be issued, without a return/exchange. We will just need a photo of the product, and a reason why you are not satisfied.

NOTE: Our products and/or clothing should ALL be made with high quality materials, and be as the photos show. ALL clothing should be True to Size Fit of what you would normally wear. Our delivery time is 3-10 Business Days (USA/Imported products shipped USA to USA), or 8-15 Business Days shipped from (International to USA).


NOTE: We have a shipment tracker, so we are notified when an order has been delivered to the address on file. Due to some recent fraudulent activity, if for any reason we are notified by a customer that they did not receive the product at the address on file, we will investigate this before issuing refunds, or shipping more product.
